Fisker Auto’s Delaware Project ‘Delayed’ as Energy Department Freezes Loan

Fisker Automotive Inc., a recipient of U.S. loans to develop electric cars, said it “temporarily” stopped work on developing an automotive plant in Wilmington, Delaware, after the Energy Department froze access to its credit line.
